Angle Grinder Spatter Makes a Mess of Fourth Storey Glass
We were called out by the building company ADCO to a site in Nedlands where a tradesman using an angle grinder had managed to damage three panels of glass on the fourth storey. The hot metal spatter had burnt pits into the hardened glass and to replace it would have cost thousands.
Perth glass polishers were called in to cut back the glass and bring it back to brand new status.
The size of the spatter was quite large over 5 square meters. We worked through over a couple of days and were able to remove all signs of the angle iron spatter.
Our client at ADCO was very happy with the result; he said “It is looking Perfect, Thank you very much” as we were handing over our work
Our advice is to warn your tradesman about angle iron spatter on glass but if you get this problem, please give us a call.
